Group Dynamics for Teams is a great book on how to build teams that work well together and are successful.By Dianna Dyer
This book is very thorough at explaining the dynamics of teams without using too many examples. Im not a huge fan of examples since I typically understand what is being explained. It is not formatted like a text book so if you are interested in skimming for homework, this will not be an easy book to skim. I have found it much more helpful to read the chapters as they are not that long in the first place.By R. Cook
If you are looking to work in a team atmosphere in the future or work in one now, regardless of your career or major, this is a good book to have on hand.
